Greg Murphy

Greg serves as Director of Operations at ManaMed, where he is responsible for leading and optimizing operational performance across the organization. In this role, he oversees inventory planning, fulfillment, supply chain coordination, and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective operations that support both customer satisfaction and company growth.

Working closely with teams across IT, Quality, Finance, and Sales, Greg drives cross-functional collaboration, establishes standardized processes, and implements scalable systems that enhance performance, compliance, and the overall customer experience. As a key member of the leadership team, he plays an integral role in strategic planning, performance management, and continuous business improvement.

Greg joined ManaMed in June 2020 as Operations Manager and has since been instrumental in strengthening and scaling the company's operational infrastructure. Prior to ManaMed, he spent more than 13 years in the aviation industry, serving as a Senior Materials Manager, where he developed extensive expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and operational excellence.
