ManaMed products carry a limited warranty from the date of shipment (see table below) against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear during the usage of a product is not considered a defect. This warranty is extended to the original purchasing account only and is not transferable to the end user or patient.

Private label and OEM products are warranted per the terms of the executed supply agreement. Where no term is stated, the ManaMed warranty for the equivalent product family applies.
Compression sleeves, garments, pads and electrodes are single-patient-use items. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not wear from use or laundering.
