Joseph Horton is a Southern California-based medical sales executive and entrepreneur with a life rooted in Mississippi and a professional trajectory that spans pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, he excelled in baseball and earned a B.S. in Biology with a Minor in Business Administration from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS.

In 2004, Joseph transplanted his career to Southern California, launching his medical sales journey. He began with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and then transitioned to medical devices with Sage Products in 2006. After a rewarding stint at Sage, he joined DJO Global in 2007 as the Western Regional Vascular Specialist Manager, where he dedicated over eight years to advancing vascular care and clinical outcomes.

Seeking a new challenge and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Joseph teamed up with Trevor Theriot to co-found Manamed, LLC. He serves as Vice President of Vascular & Affiliates for Manamed, leading strategic initiatives, expanding clinical partnerships, and shaping the company’s vision in vascular innovation.

Joseph splits time between in Southern California and Denton Texas with his two daughters, Greer Horton (15) and Reagan Horton (13), who reside in Newport Beach, CA.
