Bachelor's of Applied Arts and Sciences from UNT, as well as SHRM-CP certification and HRCI's PHR certification - oversees all aspects of human resources, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and policy management across the organization. As the sole HR professional supporting the company, she partners closely with leadership and employees to create effective people's strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive, employee-focused workplace culture.
