Trevor Theriot is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of ManaMed, the medical device company he launched in 2015 and has led for over a decade. What began in deep vein thrombosis (DVT) prevention has grown under his leadership into a diversified platform spanning vascular and lymphedema therapy, cold and recovery technology, and a full orthopedic bracing line. Today the company offers more than 250 SKUs across 14 product categories, all built around quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
ManaMed’s flagship device, PlasmaFlow, is the first prescription-only, FDA-cleared portable sequential compression device for blood clot prevention, and its patented Step-Up Technology is helping redefine the standard of care after surgery. Trevor also spearheaded the Class III PMA approval of ManaFuse, and is a named inventor on more than 13 issued U.S. patents, with many more pending.
A standout student-athlete before entering medical devices, Trevor earned dual degrees in History and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010, where he was a full-scholarship fullback and a two-time All-Pac-10 Academic Team honoree. In 2023, he was recognized on the UCLA Bruin Business 100 for entrepreneurial excellence. He is an active member of YPO Fort Worth.
Trevor and his wife, Noel, live in North Texas with their four children.
